Always keep your online receipt for any products purchased. It will enable us to deal with your cancellation or return quickly.

Products Delivered To You

These terms are in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Due to the fact that our Artificial Grass is bespoke made for each customer, we reserve the right to not accept returns for Artificial Grass. Any products that are not bespoke made, such as accessories or clearance rolls, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Bespoke items that are accepted for return, are subject to the following conditions

• A collection or delivery charge at a minimum of £25
• A ‘Production Fee’ which includes the cost of production and degraded stock. This is calculated at 20% of the original order value.
• The item is unused
• You have proof of purchase
• The item was not damaged by the customer

Non bespoke items that are accepted for return, are subject to the following conditions

• A collection or delivery charge
• The item is unused
• You have proof of purchase
• The item was not damaged by the customer
• The item was delivered within 14 days of the request for the return

Damaged Or Faulty Products

Goods received should be fully rolled out and inspected before use. Any faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods should be reported to our sales team immediately. Please note that products may have a slight colour variation due to the product being manufactured in batches and this is not a fault.

Do not fit or use the goods in anyway as you will then be liable for the costs and liable for keeping the goods. If the goods have not been used, we may offer a repair, exchange, or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights and our terms.

If you are arranging an independent fitter or as the fitting company you are ordering goods to install, we suggest that you do not schedule any installation work until a few days after receiving the delivery. This will enable you to check the goods and resolve any technical issues. Please take a moment to check the details on the order confirmation, to ensure the correct products have been ordered and that the delivery address and other details are as you requested.

Orders taken from the 20th December – 2nd January will be delivered within 7 working days from the 3rd January 2022.

Please note that the average weight for our products is 3kg per m2, this should be considered when arranging deliveries as orders will be made by a one man delivery service- drivers may require assistance in unloading the grass. 4m widths are quite long for one person to carry safely, so drivers may need assistance in unloading your grass. The drivers are only obliged to drop at the main entrance of the property. All deliveries are to be curbside only.

We use our own or specialist freight carriers for 4m rolls. Delivery costs are based on weight, quantities and distance to be delivered.

Every effort is made to dispatch the products to you within 1 to 10 days dependent on area and size but due to high demand this is not guaranteed  (not including bank holidays)
